1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hypercleaner website (hypercleaner.com.au) and any cleaning services ("Services") booked with Hypercleaner ("we", "us", "our"), ABN 62 181 519 375, based in Lara, Victoria. By using this website or booking a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a Service.

2. Services provided

We provide house washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, high-pressure washing, home cleaning and commercial cleaning services across Geelong, Lara, Corio, Norlane and surrounding areas, subject to availability.

3. Quotes & bookings

Quotes provided via the website, phone or email are estimates based on the information you give us and are not final until confirmed after an on-site assessment where required. Prices may vary based on property size, access, condition, and the scope of work agreed at the time of booking.

4. Access & property

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas being cleaned, including access to water and power where needed. Please let us know in advance about any hazards, fragile surfaces, pets, or access restrictions. We take reasonable care while working but are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects not caused by our work.

5. Cancellations & rescheduling

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.

6. Payment

Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking or quote. Invoices are due as specified at booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Satisfaction guarantee

If you're not happy with the standard of a completed job, let us know within a reasonable timeframe and we'll come back to make it right, consistent with our satisfaction guarantee.

8. Website use

The content on this website — including text, images, and branding — is provided for general information about our Services and may not be copied or reused without permission. We aim to keep information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee the website is error-free at all times.

9. Limitation of liability
